Michael Romeo

Michael leads Agilex’s Project Management and Proposals functions, driving a client-focused service from pre-award through to project delivery. With over 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research sectors, he holds a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science along with postgraduate qualifications in both Business and Public Health.

Michael’s career spans from startups through to ASX-listed companies, where he has successfully driven product development, global expansion, clinical research, and operational excellence programs.

With experience on both the client and CRO side, Michael brings a deep understanding of our clients’ challenges and priorities in global pharmaceutical development and clinical research. He leverages strong relationships with external collaborators including clinical sites, CROs, and other vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery. This insight ensures his team consider the bigger picture, while delivering client-centric, efficient, and high-value projects on time and in full.
